    Hello there,

I am getting this weird message when trying to access the Media tab via Dashboard, I cannot upload or look at the media files.

    Here's the message:

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    Hello there,

I tried all that, but I am still having the same issue!

When I re-uploaded the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download, I had a major error...and the site wouldn't even come up - so I had to revert back to the older folders!

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks,
    Henry

Are you sure that you are using WP 3.1.3?
