   Ok real n00b here just getting started.

   I just installed MoWeS on a flash drive. Apache 2.2.11 ,MySql 5.5.8,PHP 5.3.5 and WordPress 3.0.1. When I try to start WordPress getting 404 Error. I checked wp-config.php and everything is correct. I'm clueless about what else to do.

   where did you install wordpress as it needs to be root.

   Yep wordpress is in the root of the drive.
