Getting Blog to show in right place on my website

Hello All I am hoping someone will be able to help me out as I have been constructing my website on my own with a template.

On my site http://www.aleciarenee.com I have a section that I created that I would like my blog to show Here: http://aleciarenee.com/blog/

However I do not see it, and it is being posted at this address http://aleciarenee.com/2013/01/dress-flowers-makeup-makeup/
and is not showing up in the section I would prefer or on the website either. Unless you have this address it is not view-able.

Does anyone know how I can remedy this?
