Getting 404 error on installation..HELP (3 posts)

    I am new to wordpress and this is my first time installing and was hoping someone could help me.

    I have uploaded all files through FTP manager in cpanel. But when I try and install I am getting 404 error.

    Have I forgotton to do something?
    It has been a day and half since I updated dns nameservers and it is a new domain too - would this have anything to do with it?

    My site is http://www.foodforkids.net.au - host is crazydomains.com.au
    Please help...

    if you have an .htacces in root of site - temporarily rename it and see if wordpress comes up

    thanks, but i could find no file called that...any other suggestions?
