Hi when I try to view my WordPress blog pages I get a 500 Error. when viewing a none wordpress page the link is OK.
so http://pixelbolt.co.uk/blog/ doesn't work but http://pixelbolt.co.uk/contact.php does.
in the server error logs I see the error [Wed Sep 30 05:30:16 2009] [error] [client 87.81.112.85] Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /home/pixelbol/public_html/
do you know what might be causing this?
1) check your htaccess code. Is it correct?
2) Do you have suphp on your server? Consult your host
3) Check for proper permissions

I think I have cunningly deleted my index.php in the public_html directory.

So I've copied the index.php file back in and I can see my pages again. However I can't change the theme it is stuck on the default theme.
Very strange...

I'm an idiot. Though it is very early (I was looking at the localhost admin set up).
