I consulted with them but they told me they have no issue & they think its
coding issue.Please help me as my site is down again-http://pinterestwarrior.com/
try open the file
/home/premiuml/public_html/pinterestwarrior.com/wp-includes/functions.php
on line 2071 (fx. via your ftp access)
It should look like this around line 2071:
<body id="error-page">
<?php endif; // ! did_action( 'admin_head' ) ?>
<?php echo $message; ?>
</body>
</html>
<?php
die();
}
/**
* Kill WordPress execution and display XML message with error message.
*
* This is the handler for wp_die when processing XMLRPC requests.
*
ps: recommend taking backup of the site

Please help me fix this problem permanently.
What is your current WordPress version?
You should try to reinstall the file from
http://core.svn.wordpress.org/tags/3.4.1/wp-includes/functions.php
i.e. if you are using version 3.4.1
ps: take backup of your site before changing anything – that is always a good rule π
