get_header();

Hi,
I’m having trouble creating a custom template for one of my pages. Surprisingly the page functions in the exact way I want, however there is a problem with the get_header(); function. It is not generating the header html so my page has no design styles to it. get_header(); is functioning correctly on all other pages but not this one. Please check the code and tell me what silly thing I have done wrong!
