How do I return only tags from the current post.

I am using this to return all of the tags
```
<?php if ( function_exists('wp_tag_cloud') ) : ?>
<div class = "titleLinks">Popular Tags</div>
<ul>
    <?php wp_tag_cloud('smallest=8&largest=22'); ?>
</ul>
<?php endif; ?>
```
but also want a “current post tags” section too

Is there a way to add the tag link to that?

like:
```

    $posttags = get_the_tags();
    if ($posttags) {
        foreach($posttags as $tag) {
            echo $tag->name,link . ' ';
        }
    }
?>
```

Hm, I need a little more:

It only displays the last post’s tags when on a tag page:
