Get Response opt in form … trying to search post entries

I have my blog set up and I tried to add a Get Response opt in form and when you hit the submit button it’s supposed to go to the index or main page of my blog. It gives back a blank page and says “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” It does however send the information to my get response account but for some reason it thinks it’s doing a search on the page.
