Have you guys saw any plugin, that makes people
referring some ammount of people. and when they
reach a certain ammount of referred people in their account
the download link unlocks the file? for example:
"Sharecash Link" or
"Refer 10 people to unlock this file"
If anyone knows this plugin name please tell me.

Do you mean something like WP Viral Traffic Plugin? Do a search on that in Google, and you should find it pretty easily.

Yeah i mean that, but.
how am i going to give them a referral link?
my site doesn't even have referral program.
Also that plugin seems buggy, doesn't count the times i visit the link.
