Get post content without using the_content()?

    Is there a way to actually grab the content of the post without using the_content? I don’t want to display the content, I want to save it to a local var so I can do some parsing and chopping on it for custom display purposes.

    Heh figures.. no sooner do I post then Ifind the function get_the_content() while browsing through the WP code. Exactly what I needed :p
