Get Blank pages when show more than 2500 post

My site has more than 4500 posts, when use [catlist id=1 numberposts=-1] I get Blank page.
But [catlist id=1 numberposts=2500] it’s OK to show 2500 posts.My PHP version is 5.3.3
Anybody know the problem?
