Get Billing address in member info (5 posts)

There's a section of the checkout script to collect member Billing Address (address, city, state, zip) which is comes after "Choose your payment method", which refers to entering fields in the usermeta - bfirstname, blastname, baddress... etc. Where does that info come into play and why don't I see it in a paypal standard transaction? Any way of moving it forward to grab info on checkout to be grabbed into usermeta and Member Report?

Those meta fields are used to remember that information to prepopulate it later for users who are checking out again.

If you are using PayPal standard, WP won't capture that information. PayPal makes it hard to get that information back into WP.

You might want something like PMPro Register Helper to save other information: https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-register-helper

yes I got the register helper, but I don't understand what it offers. I put the snippet in a page and it displays the username password info when I view the page.... So, what's it supposed to do? if I want to edit, I can open the php in dreamweaver to hack the code.

All I want is to know who my members are. First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State along with email and username. Nothing drastic, just simple info that I can display in the Members list.

    Thanks for your input.
