HI.
Im trying to create something that let user to write on posting from front end in a tinymce
editor. also upload file and document that are attached to the post.
i have check an german IT at link: http://blog.murawski.ch/2011/10/wordpress-backend-editor-tinymce-im-frontend-einbinden/
what needed to it is the function to add upload to the site. hoevery i dont know where to start to be able to get it front end and
call back the post to the front end.
would be glad if anyone have done similar or can guide me in some direction.

this is not what i were looking for as you need to have created the post first. the goal is that user shall be able to post without going to the backend. with a file upload for the possibility to upload a document or similiar

Starting here, I have info on posting from front end. We work through uploading from there as well. We are in the middle of putting together a series on how to edit and delete too.

And here is some info. tinymce doesn't play nice on the front end, YET. With WP 3.3 coming out soon, that will all change. see if any of that info helps you out

Hi voodoo.
i were landing on your page from a google search and tried it, it work verywell but i had hard time to get the picuture uploaded.
i think i found a answer in a commercial plugin. http://formidablepro.com. im in the discussion what are possible to to edit and what is not to get what i looking for.

You can do all this easily with Gravity Forms with no coding required.
