Genesis Theme Install Issue – Need Help (2 posts)

    I'm trying to upload the Genesis framework from StudioPress and it will not upload. I'm a Mac user on Safari. The progress bar stops and the flywheel just spins. Can you help me get this installed?

    As Genesis is a commercial Theme, we cannot really provide support. You should consult the support offerings provided by the developer, StudioPress.
