We have a form on our website (www.gratitudeheartgarden.com) which works fine and places the users e-mail automatically in the e-mails reply field, as would normally be expected.
I would like to actually populate the reply field with a special e-mail address which could then be forwarded to trigger a phone call.
My dilemma is that we sell an occasional on-line item and I don't have anyone watching the computer all day. It would be great if the e-mail generated a phone call. A solution I found for this is using IFTTT.com triggers (which are very cool, btw) but it identifies the sender via the from field of the e-mail. And this would work just fine if I could populate the from field with my own specific e-mail address, or have the form generate 2 emails, one from the user, and a second with the from field as specified.
Am I clear? Any ideas if or how this can be done?
