I am the admin, yet suddenly, when I try to access the General Settings panel, I get "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page". What can I do?

Create a new Admin account, then see if you access it. If so, then somehow your account lost its privileges.

I tried a new admin account and it didnt work .. :(
