This seems like a simple question, but I cannot find the answer anywhere...
I am using GD Star Rating on a website, where users are able to vote on different designs. Voting is limited to one vote per design, per registered user. But once the user votes, their rating is recorded and they have no way of changing / updating their vote. Is this possible? It seems like something that people would want to have the option for.

Also, is it possible to display the rating that an individual user has given an article, as opposed to the average rating?

No, right no plugin doesn't allow changing votes by users. GDSR 2.0 will allow this (and no, there is no release date set).
