I put up a new header and realised that there is a gap on the right when i view it under IE. It is perfectly fine under Firefox. Anyone knows what i should tweak to get it perfect under IE? i tried shifting the margins but when I do, it messes up under Firefox.

You'ver been attacked by IE's famous "3 pixels". IE will add a 3 pixel margin to the right and bottom of images (and some divs and other random things). IE is so much fun.
Add a conditional comment to strip the 3 pixel margin from IE browsers - that simple :)
