   BDGamer is my personal gaming blog covering news from all platforms, industry events, rumors and other stuff.

   I custom-designed the layout from scratch, using wahtever knowledge I have of WordPress skinning. This is my first attempt at WP, so please be gentle :-p

   Anyways, a brief introduction is necessary before you comment on the design. I've a limited knowledge of CSS, so I couldn't figure out how to center the layout (now I know how to, and will update soon).

   The layout also looks kinda weird in IE7. The search box has too much spacing and some other aspects of the design look weird as well. It's not a problem in Firefox or Opera.

   And yeah, some links are blank on purpose. I'm working on them.

   Certainly seems like you've put a lot of effort into it, and there's good content.

   From a pure usability point of view, I was a bit overwhelmed upon seeing the homepage. There's no single place that my eyes were drawn to, and my overall feeling is that the site is very "busy".

   A suggestion, for what it's worth: remove the third column, so users will naturally focus on your primary column (i.e. "Latest gaming news").

   Thanks for your comments! I contemplated removing the third column too, but I couldn't find anyplace else to put the stuff that is currently there.

   Ya, the site looks kinda busy at first, but it grows on you and it seems more fluid later on.
