gallery thumbnail image does not show on the posts of the front page

On the front page of my adult website http://www.young-girls.com [nsfw] there is a problem, my single post has 2 gallery images in it using the [gallery tag built-in feature. I do not see the thumbnail for this post. It just has the title, and nothing else.
