Gallery shortcode adding to much code

Great Plugin! I use it on alot of sites.
On one site, however, I’m having an issue with the gallery shortcode. When i add a new gallery it adds to much code. Its like two other galleries get added every time i add a new one. This is what get output,

The first block is the new gallery, the next two blocks get added every time. Its always the same code too. As in the first block with the new img ids, then the same two blocks get appended to the end. I have tried changing themes and deactivating all other plugins but nothing changes. I have also completely removed the plugin files and reinstalled them. It only happens with the gallery option, if i do a slider or carousel it works fine.
I’m really hoping you can shed some light on this for me?
