Gallery placeholder not appearing

    When you add a gallery of images, the placeholder image in the visual editor doesn’t appear.

    I noticed that there was this ticket raised a week or so ago, and that it’s marked as resolved, but wanted to make a note that with the latest updates (3.6-beta3-24306) it’s still not working as it should. Not sure whether this is because it hasn’t been pushed through to the beta yet or it’s just broken again.

    I noticed that there was this ticket raised a week or so ago, and that it’s marked as resolved, but wanted to make a note that with the latest updates (3.6-beta3-24306) it’s still not working as it should.

    The forum topic is marked as resolved, because we have a Trac ticket for the issue. It will be fixed before the RC. For now the workaround is to add SCRIPT_DEBUG constant to your wp-config.php file. See the comments on #24344 and #24379 for details.

    I too have had this problem since the upgrade to 3.6 beta 3. This is NOT resolved according to beta 3 – 24308
