   I am using WordPress' included gallery and media uploader - not NextGen, and use a gallery shortcode to insert images into my posts/pages. The media is stored in wp-content/uploads/. However, when I use the shortcode instead of hard-writing the images into the post/page, my sitemap generator plugin (and, likewise, Google) fails to see that there are any images present on the page.

   Is there a way to let my sitemap generator know that there are images on the page when only a shortcode is used to generate a gallery?
