gallery for website

Hi, I am looking for Gallery plugin for my website. here are the requirements
1. when anybody clicks on gallery then all the images from media will display.
2. If somebody wants to see images of some particular topic e.g. like if somebody want to see images related to New York only so he/she can select the images by categories.

4. If there is any plugin which can fulfill my requirements or it would be better if I can connect my website’s gallery with Flickr or any other photosharing service..
