   I love the edit gallery screen! Right now, it strips out any shortcode variables, such as orderby, link="file",columns, and size. Amazing would be if those variables could be set from the edit screen, WYSIWYG for columns, and somewhere, anywhere, an option for size.

   It isn't supposed to strip any attributes, even ones it doesn't recognize. We're about to release 3.5 RC2, can you check it?

   Sorry to not update this sooner - it was fixed in beta 2.
