• I am moving a wordpress site from http://cfnb.morningstarmedia.org/wordpress

    to http://www.nbeginnings.org/wordpress

If I simply go to mange page in old, copy and paste content on new page, I get the error:

    “Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access to this document on this server.

    Apache Server at nbeginnings.org”

also, when adding an image on a new page (via add image – browse) at the new site http://www.nbeginnings.org/wordpress, I get the following error:

The uploaded file could not be moved to /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/nbeginnings.org/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content.
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/nbeginnings.org/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-admin/admin-functions.php:1990) in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/nbeginnings.org/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1357

Is this a permissions issue, or a database issue? any ideas on resolution?
