I found a bunch of posts in these forums on wordpress not showing the full text in the rss feed. The response seems to be it's a browser problem and not a feed problem, but I still can't seem to view the full text-- I tried viewing my feed in google reader and it's still showing summaries.
I have "For each article in a feed, show" set to "Full text."
This url shows summaries:

This url shows no content at all:
http://amandapalmer.net/content/?feed=rss2&page_id=648
Are my templates wrong, somehow? I've been banging my head against this for hours to no avail. If someone can steer me in the right direction I'd be infinitely grateful!

Hmm. Maybe I'm not following protocol. I've posted a few question to this forum over the last 6 months and haven't gotten an answer to any of them. Can someone help me out? Thanks!

Well, you bumped it right out of the "Posts without answers" queue. When volunteers see topics with activity they're not quite as likely to jump in since there's assumed activity...
As to your question: is the actual blog in /content?

Thanks! The last time I posted to the forums I didn't bump it but it didn't get a response... wasn't sure if I had to ask differently. :)

I'm drawing a blank here... but I didn't think WordPress even offered feeds for Pages! But hey, I'm willing to learn if somebody knows differently. :-)
In the meantime, I wonder if a plugin like this one would help?

I just installed the plugin (yay) and the main page seems to work like proper rss for all the pages on the site:

But the single pages don't seem to be working:

Bizarre.. not sure why the rss feeds are behaving inconsistently?

Thank you for the plugin link, Chris. I contacted the developer and he helped me track down what was wrong. You can apparently use it for single-page feeds if you trick it-- but making the single page you want a child of another page, and linking to the rss of the parent page. Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks again!
