My blog is set to "full text" but I don't see images in Google Reader. I've scoured these forums and the Google Reader forums but no solution. I have even installed this:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-rss-images/
..to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are images and attachments in your feed file. Whether your feed reader shows them is another matter entirely and, I'm afraid, is completely outside the control of WordPress.

How did you check that?
So, in essence, this means that those people who read my blog in Google Reader are cheated out of the images and there's no way around that?
