Full-screen wysiwyg not working

If the ‘Hide the content editor’ box has been checked, then the content of wysiwyg fields is not visible when the ‘Distraction Free Writing’ button is clicked. As the wysiwyg field box cannot be resized, this makes it difficult for users to visualise their content.
