"ftpagefold_v3.0.15.js" recommended to be moved .. how?

    Hi, my site is very slow and someone took a look at it and recommended that I relocate something called “ftpagefold_v3.0.15.js” to the bottom rather from the top… how do I do this? i.e. which wordpress PHP or CSS File controls this?
    I’m running W3Cache 0.94 and the Focus WP template 1.0.8
