FTP to wordpress running in VM (bitnami ubuntu)

    We have a wordpress intranet set up on a Bitnami VM (vmware player) and it works great.

    How do I get to the wordpress files so I can upload custom directories and copy stuff up and down with, say FTP (doesn’t have to be ftp, but bitnami disables ftp for security)? I’m not concerned about security at all as this is an intranet.

    Could someone could show me their solution, step by step, for how they would do this?
