   Hi,

   We are having trouble getting access to our ftp sever, and our clients to. The codes given does´nt work at all. We have placed a lot of marketing material at the server, and i provides our customers with a great deal of support to their makings of material including our logo etc.

   Do anyone have the time helping me out?

   This isn't a WordPress issue. You don't want to give out your ftp credentials to strangers on a forum, so you should contact your hosting company for support in accessing their server.
