FTP edit themes seems to have disappeared?

    I used to manually edit the css for my themes, and Now it seems as if WordPRess does not use the same folders anymore for the themes as it used to?
    Before:
    Domain.com/html/wp-content/themes/”theme folders here”

    and inside there, you could find all css to edit..

    Where have the folder files gone? Are they not stored Locally anymore?
