I'm using WS_FTP Pro, but if I don't delete all my files before upload, WS_FTP will sometimes neglect to overwrite certain files, especially if they're the same file size. :-(
Which clients do you guys use?

Same here. Excellent client, free as in free beer (GPL, if I recall correctly). Good luck.

I use Filezilla too, even if I think its queue system really sucks :/

I was using FTP explorer until recently (moved to Filezilla) - I found that if FTP explorer hit a problem uploading a file it would move to the next file in the queue and not inform you that there had been an error. FTP explorers okay for single files - and i still use it 'cos it fits on my usb flash memory dongle so i can take it and files with me to other PC's if necessary
Filezilla is great - although a bit quirky sometimes. CHMOD'ing is a easy,
As for the file queue I've not had a problem with it and i find it good to have something like that running

rpeek: if you look inside your options you will find that wsftp pro gives you the ability to overwrite all files, irrespective of age and or size

filezilla here, but its starting to get on my nerves.. i have things in my documents, and it's a pain to have to dig through the directories everytime. and you can't seem to clear the quickconnect list.
smartftp is nice, but big, and annoying in the nag department. if it were $10 cheaper, i might consider buying it.

If you input the ftp server in the connection manager rather than using the quick connect you can save the local and remote directory locations.
