FS Contact Form in Shell Lite theme

Hi, I’m a bit of a newbie and trying to figure out where to put the shortcode [si-contact-form form=’1′] in my theme to place the contact form.

I want the form on the front of my home page here:
http://wordpress.localpowermarketing.co.uk

I understand you can make a new page and put the shortcode on there, but the home page has theme settings instead of the part where you enter stuff for a new page.

Any help would be appreciated.
