AnonymousI hate it when some important site (is WP a site?) scrambles up my login data. It must be WP, because I always use the same user name and password. I had to create bogus names just to ask a friggin question and vent my frustration.
It all started months ago when I had to delete all my cookies to solve another problem. After that, I was unable to get back in to do any work, including approving posts that other people were leaving. I have a bunch stacked up waiting for my approval.
I don't want to do complex things like edit my database, whatever that is. I have read many posts here by well meaning people that know a LOT more than I do (and more than I even WANT to know) and I can't make any sense of it. It appears to be a catch-22!
Is there ANYBODY out there that can explain in simple English terms, not leaving ANY steps out, how to recover my original names? If not, I'll just abandon all this horse hocky.
Sorry, but it's late and I'm REALLY frustrated.
