Frozen widget admin page – url incorrectly displayed

    I can not edit, move, add or do anything on the widgets admin page.
    The page display is correct, but nothing is interactive.

    The widgets admin page url on one of my other sites is displayed as (…wp-admin/widgets.php) on the site that is problematic the url is displayed as (…/wp-admin/widgets.php#available-widgets) when you click on any dropdown to edit the widget settings.

    Furthermore the widgets on the dashboard can also not be moved around.

    Blond me – did not know that you need to Enable accessibility mode in wordpress 3.5 (at the screen options). Sad that I can not drag and drop anymore…

    The dashboard can still not be changed. Any help here will be appreciated.

    I’m having the same exact problem with Twenty Ten since the 3.5.1 upgrade. I can’t access the Screen Options tab to enable Accessibility Mode.
