    Hi guys,

So I've only just started fiddling with a new site I'm building, here's the problem (no doubt a simple solution!):

From the get go I built 2 pages called Home and News (for the blog) and changed the setting in Settings>General to Static page.. Set each of them accordingly.
I then had 2 Home pages on the Nav bar and one News. I created a custom menu to get rid of the "default" Home (that shows posts) from the menu.

The problem now is the permalink for the Front/home/landing page. Now my frontpage's url is http://www.website.com/?page_id=8.. How to I set it up so that my frontpage's url is just http://www.website.com.. I've read a bit about adding a front-page.php file.. If this is the case can anyone PLEASE explain how to do this??

    Thanks
