• Hi there! First of all, you did amazing work with this theme, thank you! I cannot seem to find out though how to get the front widgets picture’s sizes appropriate. Here is what I wanna achieve:
    – I’d like to set the base size of these pictures somewhere
    – I’d like the css to automatically expend/reduce the size of the uploaded pictures to achieve the above mentioned standard
    – I’d like the pictures to be expended ‘to the wallframe’ – to fill the whole div thus on a phone they would appear as though they appear from the left frame to the right.
    – I also would wanna center these pictures vertically/horizontally (though after solving my picture standardization it wouldn’t be so important)

    Thank you!

    Viktor

  • Personally, if I wanted to do all that, I would switch off the featured images altogether and write my own in a separate page. You can define your own layouts in a page by using the techniques described here and you can insert the page before your blog posts by using the techniques in here.

That second post is rather long, but in your case, you will not be needing all the “extras” that come with a Customizr-defined page, so you can use the first solution I propose.

If you have never used a functions.php in a child theme, read this first.
