Our frontpage is showing three random images that I can scroll through, but it's supposed to be showing our latest blog posts. It used to work correctly.
The reading settings are set to display "Your latest posts" on the front page.
The URL I'm using is http://www.systemsinmotion.com/the-inshore-blog and wordpress is installed in the the-inshore-blog directory. And the wordpress address in the general settings is set to http://www.systemsinmotion.com/the-inshore-blog
So all of the settings I can see are set correctly, and the entire blog content is there if I go to specific URLs. It's just the frontpage that's weirdly messed up.
Any help is much appreciated!
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

I reactivated a redirect plug in, and it caused me to get a circular redirect which fails in my browser. So I deactivated it, but still have that problem.
Now when I go to http://www.systemsinmotion.com/the-inshore-blog is redirects me to
http://www.systemsinmotion.com/the-inshore-blog/2011/08/hcl-ceo-describes-the-value-of-the-new-domestic-it-service-models/
and I can't make it stop. I have deleted all plugins.

Changed to the twenty eleven theme as esmi suggested, and it did totally clean up my problem.
