Front Page not changing (2 posts)

I am trying to change the front page of my website so that on the initial click to my site the viewer comes in via a different page. In my original site I had set a static front page under Settings>Reading. So to make the change I went back in to Settings>Reading and made the change by selecting the new page under Front page. I then saved the changes and thought I was done.

Everything on my site works perfectly on my computer. The new front page loads as it should. The problem I am finding is that when I check on another device or computer the original front page still loads, not the new one. This also happens when I check the site in another browser on my computer. Am I missing something? Why isn't the change I've made being made globally whenever my site is being viewed??

    Thanks

Is this possibly a cache problem?? If it is, is there a work around or a plugin so that the changes made would be reflected in the globally viewed site?
