I tested out your plug-in and I love that it’s easy and visually nice. Here’s my one issue, and I hope you have an easy fix.

I tested it on very long article about 3000 words. I broke it into 6 pages, and it worked perfectly.

However, there was a major issue–the front page list of articles had the full article rather than just the first paragraph or two. I used to use the <!--more--> tag, which only placed the writing prior to the tag on the Front Page.

How can fix this? Or do a workaround? Or anything.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

I don’t really understand what happened when you used the more tag. At the moment the Multipage Plugin acts like every other post, so it breakes the post on the more tag in the loop if you used the_content… of course it depends on the theme you’re using.

Thanks for getting back to me. Let me try to be more clear.

When I use the “more” tag, it creates a break in the article into two parts. It does not create a sub-page or anything. On the Front Page of my WordPress blog, only the paragraphs up to the “more” tag are published.

However, when I use your plugin, the Front page includes the whole article, which would make the Front Page completely unwieldy. It would be huge, making the user experience difficult.

I cannot use the more tag with your plugin. First, it doesn’t work. But even if it did, the more tag adds a link to the full article from the Front Page.

The more tag works at all with Multipage Plugin. Could you give me the link which is creating this behavior?
