when you download the Zip file name “front-page-by-category-2.zip” and do Extract All, don’t just copy and paste extracted folder as it is, rename folder “front-page-by-category-2” to “front-page-by-category” then copy it to the destination place.

I tried the updated version on my blog. Now, the settings page is visible, but I am facing a new problem. Once I uncheck a category in the settings page, it disappears from the front page. But when I recheck it, the category does not come back to the front page. I had to deactivate it to bring back the category. When I tried reactivating, the category again disappeared. So, finally, I had to deactivate. Otherwise, I love the plugin. Thanks.
