Front End Publishing / Display Form Field Values

I am looking for a plugin where non-registered users can post to my site via front end where the post is saved as a draft until approval.

I am trying to create a memorial section where users can submit photo, name, message, date of birth, date of death, name of submitter, etc.

I would like to then display these field values via template. I would like to control where each field value is displayed.

I know there are several good plugins for front end user submissions.

Which plugin allows you to easily designate where field values appear on a template for display, individually?
