Dear All,
I am looking for a front end solution where visitors can post their text and can also upload images associated with text (if any). I have tried some of the solutions mentioned in the threads below but somehow they are not very satisfying. http://wordpress.org/support/topic/easy-frontend-publishing?replies=4#post-1343967
Any improved things around?

You might be able to use the Gravity Forms plugin. Not free, but lots of good reviews.

Oh boy, well I would love to know what you think of this plugin:

The author of that plugin is Cartpauj and he wrote the mingle forum and some other plugins... but the mingle forum is insanely good.
He has 24k downloads on that plugin above and a 5 star rating, and I'll tell you from experience his other stuff was great.

Thanks for the support..... I guess, ucan-post seems to be a nice option as it is free :-)..
However, I am not sure if it has a facility for posting an image as "featured image" ?
Have to try though...
BTW, any suggestions for non-plugin based approach....
