Front-End Login, Register and Edit Profile Plugin

    Hi,
    I am looking for a plugin that fulfill these criteria:
    * Registration Fields
    – username
    – email
    – password
    – firstname
    – lastname
    * Login
    * Edit Profile
    – change registration fields
    – add address info
    – upload avatar (not a must)
    * A different header when you are logged in
    – edit profile link
    – logout button
    – “You are now logged in as xxxxx”

    I know some HTML and PHP so I think I will be able to do some modifications by my self, i.e. the login header.
