Front-end in Redirect Loop (Back-end OK)

    I upgraded my blog from 3.0.5 to 3.1. I was able to run the db udpate, but when I then tried to visit the blog I get an error.

    Firefox:

    “Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”

    Opera:

    “Redirection Status

    The URL was redirected to http://soundunreason.com/InkWell/. Please click the link to go there.”

    If I manipulate the URL I can access the back-end of the blog (sign-in or whatever). I couldn’t figure out what might be causing the problem so I created a second blog (see below) which also errors. My front-end gets this redirect loop (my back-end is accessible).

    (This second blog has neither plugins nor posts.)
