I would like to know if it's possible to connect my WordPress photoblog (grain theme) to my Facebook, Flickr accounts so they're automatically updated and that the pictures I publish on my WP are inserted into an album in FB or/and in Flickr...
I've heard about a Facebook connect but apparently it works only if your blog is hosted on wordpress.com?
