From full post to excerpt (reversing the process)

Hello,

Normally, when we are in index.php or home.php, we display excerpts, or ‘read more’ posts which drive us to their full version.

I’d like to know if it’s possible to reverse the process and, once in the full version, go to a page where the excerpt of the post we are leaving “reappears”, joining some default text, like :

“your last visited post was [title][excerpt]” “Nice to see you, we hope you’ll be back in a while” [some default images, a cake, a Cancun’s club by night, don’t know]

Okay, the scenario is quite stone age, but I need something similar to input the post’s excerpt somewhere else.

I opened a similar thread, but I dindn’t describe as well as here my purpose.
